A reseller sells hosting packages using the servers and features from another host that possesses the server(s). The  Top Host allows you to resell web hosting under your own brand name (private label). You set up different packages. You specify the features (space, bandwidth, etc.) and set a price for each package. Then, you sell the packages to your own clientele .

All that you will pay to The Top Host is the monthly fee for your own reseller plan. You will be charging your clients for the packages you resell to them, you may charge any price you want. This allows you to have the look and feel of your own hosting company.

Yes. You can manage as many domains as you want with the reseller plan. There is no limit to the amount of domains you can manage; you are only limited to your space and bandwidth limits. Any client who has a reseller plan obtains our web hosting manager control panel (WHM) which lets you administer all of your domains and packages.

Note: Instead of buying separate plans for separate domains, many clients choose to buy a reseller plan if they have more than 2-3 domains.

No. There are no extra fees to add domains, as managing multiple domains is the purpose of being a reseller. You can add 1 domain or 999 domains, there are no fees other than the monthly fee for your reseller plan. You are only limited to your resources: SPACE and BANDWIDTH. There is no limitation to the amount of domains you may add UNTIL you max your  space and bandwidth limitation  by using them al . 

The term "Unlimited" means that you can have as many of a particular feature that you want stipulating that you have enough space and bandwidth left in your account for those features. Whereas some hosts offer a limit to certain features regardless of your space, The Top Host does just the opposite; We allow you to have as many features that you'd like within your limits.

Reseller responsibilities:
1. Provide direct sales, billing AND technical support  to your customers.
2. Domain name registration and/or transfers for customers.
3. Abide by The Top Host's Terms of Service.

4. Make sure your clients abide by The Top Host's Terms of Service.

The Top Host's  responsibilities to the reseller:
1. Provide direct technical support only to the reseller.
2. Provide billing only to the reseller.
3. Provide online help documentation to the reseller for the support of their clients.
 

Yes. After purchasing the reseller plan,  provide us with your WHM username and password from your previous host and we'll have ALL your accounts transferred over AS IS.

The Top Host has partnered with WHM AutoPilot and ClientExec. With WHM AutoPilot or ClientExec, you can bring your business an automated billing system, help desk, domain registrations and instant account activation at a respectable price. Information about these  fantastic software applications can be found at their site. As we only want you to use the best, we use this software ourselves. We can install WHMAP or ClientExec for you and currently offer ClientExec as an add-on in our packages.

Yes. You can resell or offer both the Web Tools and the Website Creator to your clients. The Web Tools are free for your use, but you can resell if you'd like. Just ask Support for logins. The Website Creator is resold for $1.50 per user. This is a one-time fee for as long as the client uses the Website Creator. You can purchase user licenses from us and give them away or even create packages for the Website Creator and upsell to your clients. Both sites are located on generic domains and nameservers with no links back to The Top Host, so that you can resell private labeled products. The Website Creator is located at http://www.yoursitecreator.net and the Web Tools are located at http://www.yourwebtools.net . Please contact support for additional information.
